KB-2280 Sign-in Page Links not showing up immediately after they are configured

Symptoms

Sign-in page links configured in the Administration Console do not immediately appear on the login screen upon configuration. Links may show up after a few hours, days, or not at all. The visibility delay may also be present when removing links. 

Cause

This issue has been reported to the Appian Product Team. The reference number for this issue is AN-208900.

Action

If the sign-in page links do not appear after 72 hours, or must be configured immediately, open a Technical Support Case to schedule a site restart which is known to resolve the issue.
